Pacific Spirit Park Society

Pacific Spirit Park Society is a community-based volunteer organization that works with Metro Vancouver in the planning and management of Pacific Spirit Regional Park.

Our Vision: We uphold a vision of an urban forest and foreshore park protected and cared for in perpetuity for the benefit of all.  Our role is as a public steward and as such we:

• promote preservation and protection of natural resources in the park

• encourage recreational use that is in harmony with natural preservation

• promote public awareness by developing programs, projects and events in conjunction with Metro Vancouver Parks and other interested parties

• maintain broadly-based, inclusive society with a representative and active board

• advise Metro Vancouver Parks on protection, care, planning and operation of Pacific Spirit Regional Park.
